We hope you have all successfully made the switch to Wallace Wallet by now. Our team has taken a snapshot of all the users who have moved to Wallace and will be distributing the rewards accordingly. We understand that this may take some time, but we anticipate that this process will be completed within the next 2 days.
We request that you remain patient during this time and thank you for your continued support. Please note that any unclaimed GEO rewards will not be distributed to users who have not made the move to Wallace before the snapshot was taken. If you have not yet made the move, please note that you will not be able to claim your unclaimed rewards, however you can still use the Wallace wallet to earn rewards and use them. We encourage you to download Wallace and follow the instructions provided in the article to ensure that you are able to use and earn rewards.

We have noticed that some of you have not received your pending Geocash rewards. We want to assure you that this is not due to any issues on our end but rather a result of the imported Geocash wallet not being properly associated with your username on Wallace.
For those of you who have already migrated to Wallace and properly linked your Geocash wallet with your username, you should have received your pending unclaimed GEOs in the survey section of the app.
For those of you who may have had difficulty linking your imported Geocash wallet to Wallace, we understand that this process can be confusing. Therefore, we want to provide clear and detailed instructions on how to properly link your wallet and receive your pending rewards.
Here are the steps you need to take:
1. Open the Wallace wallet on your device.
2. Go to the rewards section by clicking on the rewards tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. In the rewards section, get to settings:
iOS: Top right icon .
Android: click on your Profile picture
4. From the settings menu, click on "change your reward account."
5. Here, you will be presented with a list of wallets associated with your account. Select the Geocash wallet that has your pending claimable balance.
6. Once you have selected the correct Geocash wallet, you will be prompted to confirm the change. Click on "confirm" to link your imported Geocash wallet to your Wallace account.
7. After completing these steps, your imported Geocash wallet will be properly linked to Wallace, and you should receive your unclaimed rewards in the survey section within a week.
